  • How do I get started?
    1. Start by filling in the questionnaire on the Contact page, we will get back to you via email with a link to a more comprehensive questionnaire to complete. 2. Complete the form and submit it to us. The information from this form will allow us to develop your first month and plan your macrocycles. This process takes us about 2-4 days. 2. In th meantime, we will send you a link to book your kick off call 3. On the day of the call, we will send you a link to start your subscription. This will mean your subscription starts exactly in line with your plan. No time is lost waiting for plans to be developped. 3. We will present your plant to you during the call and follow up with a copy via email.
  • How much does the 1:1 coaching cost?
    The coast is 239$ per 4 week plan. 4 weeks is the length of one mesocycle (a training block). This cost includes the unlimited contact, weekly feedback and video meeting option.
  • What's included in the cost?

Unlimited Communication: Get your questions answered within 24–48 hours (We ask for this buffer in case of travel or research requirements) Nutrition, strength and mobility support: Practical, performance-focused advice in the form of videos, guides and chats Ongoing Support & Feedback: Weekly feedback on key trainings, plus check-ins to track progress Race Strategy & Preparation: Expert guidance for the big day: pacing, fueling, and mindset strategies for race day success.

    We coach every level of runner, from beginner to elite. Each client is treated the same-we want to help you get the most out of your running journey.
